Surrogate, misleading advertising and sponsorships are a key to tobacco company tactics. Alluring through advertisement and creating a new batch of addicts is the prime focus of the tobacco company. In India, annually 13, 50,000 lives are lost due to Tobacco use, moreover tobacco not only adversely affect generations physically but the industry propaganda affects them on various complex levels viz mentally, economically and socially.

To curb the deadly effect of Tobacco industries and their interference, our Organization prioritizes public health over any engagement with any entities from tobacco industry in favorable compliance of article 5.3 of FCTC (framework convention on tobacco control). Therefore we do not endorse, promote or entertain any possible way of communication and engagement with any of the affiliates of the Tobacco Industry. Our Organization refrains from obtaining any interest in any of clients or donors belonging to Tobacco or related Industries.
We are not partnering in activities with the specific purpose of promoting the sale of tobacco or tobacco related products (including promotional goods); nor we encourage investment in the tobacco industry, or provide any assistance in helping tobacco companies influence, Neither accepts any direct or indirect funding from the tobacco industry.
We also declare that our organization does not support any activities which involve "Child labor, Pornography, Gender discrimination” or any activities which hurt or stress any human or animal physically or mentally.
Our moral decisiveness towards this pact aids to limit the wide spread of tobacco consumption and it's propaganda in direct and indirect forms, already indoctrinated into the society.
